1) Data Controller
This “Clarification Text” is issued by Gen Medya Anonim Şirketi (“Company”) in the capacity of data controller pursuant to the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), Article 10 of the KVKK titled 'Information Obligation of the Data Controller' and 'Relevant Person's It has been prepared in order to inform you about the collection methods, processing, use, transfer and destruction of your personal data within the framework of Article 11 titled 'Rights'.
2) Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data
